It covers the time range 13201 BCE to 17191 CE. This package uses the semi-analytic theory by Steve Moshier. For faster and more accurate calculations, the compressed Swiss Ephemeris data is available in the 'swephRdata' package. To access this data package, run 'install.packages("swephRdata", repos = "https://rstub.r-universe.dev", type = "source")'. The size of the 'swephRdata' package is approximately 115 MB. The user can also use the original JPL DE431 data. authors: - family-names: Stubner given-names: Ralf email: ralf.stubner@gmail.com - family-names: Reijs given-names: Victor - name: Authors and copyright holder of the Swiss Ephemeris preferred-citation: type: article title: 'Swiss Ephemeris: An Accurate Ephemeris Toolset for Astronomy and Astrology' authors: - family-names: Reijs given-names: Victor - family-names: Stubner given-names: Ralf email: ralf.stubner@gmail.com journal: Journal of Skyscape Archaeology year: '2020' volume: '6' issue: '1' doi: 10.1558/jsa.42323 month: '9' start: '150' end: '154' repository: https://rstub.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/rstub/swephR/issues/ commit: 8f45cc53ad5387a54c2b75688fd67504146ac5d0 url: https://github.com/rstub/swephR/ contact: - family-names: Stubner given-names: Ralf email: ralf.stubner@gmail.com
